Erny is a family points and rewards management system designed to help parents create tasks, track achievements, and manage rewards for their children. The Service is intended for use by parents and legal guardians to manage their children's activities and incentives.
3. Parental Responsibility and COPPA Compliance
Erny is designed for family use where parents or legal guardians create accounts and manage profiles for their children. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
- Only parents or legal guardians (18 years or older) may create accounts
- Parents are responsible for all child profiles created under their account
- Children do not have direct login credentials or independent accounts
- All child data is managed and controlled by the parent account holder
4. Account Registration and Security
To use the Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
5. User Conduct
